Russian sports official suggested dropping a bomb on London.
The head of the Russian Cross-Country Skiing Federation (FLGR), Elena Vyalbe, expressed her opinion on the return of Russian athletes to the international arena. She believes that to achieve this, it is necessary to drop a bomb on the center of London. According to her, Russia has always fought against the entire world and has no hopes for love and respect from other countries. She calls for a strong Russia, which will sow long-lasting irritation in the world. At the same Time, Vyalbe believes that regardless of this, Russians will still have to return to the international arena, but this may take a long time.
She also noted that she supported Vladimir Putin and was his confidante in the elections. She made these remarks against the backdrop of certificates received by Russian footballers from the Russian Ministry of Defense. She noted their assistance in completing combat missions against Ukraine.
This incident was also mentioned by the controversial State Duma deputy from Russia, Svetlana Zhurova, who praised the footballers and reminded of the importance of charity.
Recently, it became known that Alexander Sobolev, a player of "Zenit" and the Russian national football team, was added to the database of the "Myrotvorets" website. He was accused of being an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens. This footballer took part in an event with the children of participants in Russian aggression against Ukraine, which took place before a match of the Russian Premier League. The event was organized by a special foundation that provides assistance to Russian occupiers and their families. All football players wore T-shirts with the logo of this foundation. Alexander Sobolev has repeatedly been recognized as the best player and has been immortalized in the Russian Premier League.
