Polissia Prepares Major Changes: Who Will Be Excluded from the Rotan's Team.
The winter period for football teams is always filled with various changes. And Zhytomyr's 'Polissia' is no exception. Following the appointment of the new coach, Ruslan Rotan, they began reviewing the roster and preparing for upcoming matches.
According to sources, on the first wave of results, 23-year-old Emil Mustafayev turned out to be the one who seemingly does not fit into the plans of the new coach. Possibilities for his transfer to the Slovak club 'Tatran Prešov' are already being considered.
Who is Expected to Leave
Mustafayev, after his unsuccessful stint at 'Chornomorets', returned to Zhytomyr and couldn't secure a spot in the starting lineup due to intense competition. Now he will have to search for a new team to develop his career.
Besides Mustafayev, Matich, Biton, Luifer, and Beni Makwana, who is currently training with 'Polissia-2', are also under question. Rotan is actively working on preparing players for the upcoming away matches.
It is worth noting that Mykhailo Mudryk has started a new activity against the backdrop of a potential suspension, and 'Benfica' goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin is currently officially on the transfer list.
Ruslan Rotan ruthlessly assessed the current squad of 'Polissia' and is ready to make tough but necessary decisions for the team's success in future competitions.
