The head coach of the 'Polissya' football club from Zhytomyr, Ruslan Rotan, stated that some players whom he has not used this season may be sent on loan to get playing time with other teams. This was reported by the club's press service citing the coach's remarks.
According to Rotan's words, players Giorgi Maisuradze and Mateo Matich may be sent on loan in order to get more playing time, which they cannot receive in the 'Polissya' lineup. The coach added that the club does not plan to abandon these players as they are promising young players for the national teams of Georgia and Croatia, and they are counted on in the future.
However, insufficient playing time may hinder their development. Therefore, the club's goal is to find them teams where they will have the opportunity to play and progress. Rotan emphasized that for the next six months, their loan to teams that match their playing style will be a priority.
After the head coach of the 'Polissya' football club announced the possibility of sending some players on loan, the time has come to find new teams for these footballers who have the potential to become key players in the future. It is important to find them game opportunities and development so that they can realize their potential to the fullest.Read also
