You will need:

  • A iceberg lettuce - 200 g;
  • Balik sausage - 300 g;
  • Eggs - 4 pcs;
  • Cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pcs;
  • Feta - 100 g;
  • Mayonnaise - to your taste;
  • Salt - to your taste.

Cooking method

First, cut the balik sausage into neat cubes. Grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters depending on their size. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips or chop with a knife.

Prepare a flat plate or salad bowl. Grease the bottom with a small amount of mayonnaise - it will help secure the first layer.

Layer the ingredients in the following order: first sausage, then eggs, cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and feta. Slightly grease each layer with mayonnaise, and season the layer with eggs and cabbage with salt.
