The cold weather without precipitation will be influenced by a high-pressure area created by an anticyclone centered over the North Sea, combined with a cold air mass from the north.

'Although the cold snap will bring frost, the atmosphere during the holidays can become even more pleasant due to clearings and sunny rays that will occasionally appear amidst the winter weather.'

During the day, air temperature will fluctuate between -1…6°С. In Transcarpathia and Crimea, the temperature will range from -1°С to +4°С.

In Kyiv region and the capital, it will be a bit clearer, but without precipitation. The wind will also be north-western, 5-10 m/s. The temperature in the region will be -1…6°С, while in Kyiv, it is predicted to be -2…4°С.
