- cottage cheese - 800 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- semolina - 3 tbsp.;
- sugar - 3 tbsp.;
- vanilla sugar - to taste;
- salt - a pinch.
Cooking Method
Transfer the cottage cheese to a deep bowl and mash it well with a fork or blend it with a blender until a homogeneous creamy consistency is achieved. Add the eggs, regular and vanilla sugar, salt, semolina, and mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
Grease the baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper. Place the cottage cheese mixture in the dish and level the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, until the top is slightly golden and the casserole is firm.
After cooking, leave it in the dish for a few minutes, then carefully remove and cut into serving pieces. Serve warm or chilled, optionally adding honey, berry sauce, or sour cream.
