- canned tuna — 200 g;
- cream cheese or soft cheese — 100-150 g;
- salt, ground black pepper — to taste;
- sugar — a pinch;
- lemon juice — 1 tbsp;

Preparation Method
Drain the liquid from the canned tuna and transfer the fish to a deep bowl. Add cheese (the amount depends on the desired consistency — thicker or creamier).
Add a pinch of sugar, a little salt and pepper, zest and lemon juice.
Thoroughly mash everything with a fork or blend it until smooth.
