Shmyhal named the main goal for 2025.

Ukraine plans to implement a mechanism for the complete confiscation of frozen Russian assets by 2025. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a government meeting.
According to the head of government, the blocked funds will become the main source of financing for the recovery and stability of Ukraine.
Shmyhal emphasized that the government will ensure all priority expenditures in 2025, including pensions, salaries, and social support.
The Prime Minister also confirmed that Ukraine expects to receive funds from the European Union under the Ukraine Facility and from the International Monetary Fund through a joint program. Additionally, G7 and EU countries will allocate 50 billion dollars to Ukraine, which will be compensated by confiscated Russian assets.
Recall that Shmyhal previously spoke about the record budget for 2025.
