Mahuchikh Prepares for an Important Tournament
Ahead of Yaroslava is her performance in Polish Silesia, where she plans to fight for another victory of the season. To achieve this, the team is focusing on recovery, technical work, and adaptation to stressful conditions.
The competitions are taking place against the backdrop of ongoing news from Ukraine, which inevitably affects concentration. According to her coach Tetiana Stepanova, the hardest part is that the preparation and competitions occur amid the war.
'We live in conditions that a person far removed from our reality cannot understand. One night we spend in a shelter, and the next day we go to the stadium. Yaroslava knows how to concentrate, but the cost of these efforts is very high. We try to maintain a balance between sport and life, so that she can go out onto the field with a clear mind,' — explained Stepanova.
Let us remind you that Ukrainian fans will be able to watch Mahuchikh's performance, Levchenko and Tabashnyk in Silesia live.
