Heat and short-term rains: weather forecast for August 20.

Ukrainians are expected to have primarily a sunny day, although with high temperatures and locally short-term rains. According to the overall forecast, there will be little cloudiness without precipitation in Ukraine. However, in the west of the country and in the Zhytomyr region, short-term rains with thunderstorms are possible during the day.

In Ukraine, the air temperature at night will be 15-20°, on the seacoast up to 23°; during the day, 30-34° is expected, and in the southern, central, and locally in northern and eastern regions, a strong heat of 35-38°. In the western regions, it will be slightly cooler - 28-33°, and in the highlands of the Carpathians 22-27°.

In Kyiv and the region, a little cloudiness and no precipitation are also expected. The wind will be southeast at a speed of 3-5 m/s. The temperature at night will be 15-20°, and during the day, strong heat up to 35-37° is expected in Kyiv.
