The number of carriers disconnected from the 'Shlyakh' system due to evaders has become known.
The head of 'Ukrtransbezpeka', Yevhen Zborovskyi, reported that 223 carriers have already been disconnected from the 'Shlyakh' system for violating state border crossing rules.
According to Zborovskyi, many carriers use the system daily.
Today, another 15 carriers were disconnected, they were involved in organizing illegal border crossings. Individuals who left Ukraine as vehicle drivers and did not return within 60 days violated border crossing rules.
Zborovskyi stated that no employee of 'Ukrtransbezpeka' has access to the system.
In March 2024, the Lviv Regional Military Administration provided a list of organizations and funds whose drivers violated their stay abroad deadlines. This concerns nearly 1,800 draft-age men who used the 'Shlyakh' system.
The data published by the military administration is likely incomplete, as it is based on letters from the State Border Service (SBS), which informs the administration about volunteer violations in the 'Shlyakh' system.
In September, the Commission suspended access to 'Shlyakh' for several carriers for three months. According to the materials of the State Border Service, the mentioned carriers were involved in organizing illegal actions across the border during martial law.
