The Ukrainian Premier League is conducting a voting process to determine the best coach and player of the month in the championship. Experts select several nominees, and then fans vote for the winners. This voting has recorded 35 entries mentioning 8 coaches and 32 football players. In the final round, representatives from five clubs compete - 'Veres', 'Dynamo', 'Ingulec', 'Karpaty' and 'Oleksandriya'.
In the nomination 'Best Coach of February-March' the contenders are:
- Vasyl Kobin (Ingulec)
- Vladyslav Lupashko (Karpaty)
- Ruslan Rotan (Oleksandriya)
- Oleh Shandruk (Veres)
In the category 'Best Player of February-March' the contenders are:
- Bruninho (Karpaty)
- Vitaliy Buyalskyi (Dynamo)
- Vladyslav Vanat (Dynamo)
- Oleksandr Filipov (Oleksandriya)
The voting will last until April 7 (12:00).
A draw for the semifinals of the Ukrainian Cup has also been held. At this stage, 'Bukovyna' and 'Dynamo', as well as 'Polissya' and 'Shakhtar' are competing. The final match of the Cup will take place on May 14 at the Central Stadium in Zhytomyr.
