The Ukrainian national team has already determined its composition for the European Weightlifting Championship, which will take place in April in Chisinau. Our team's roster includes 17 weightlifters: 9 men and 8 women. The women's team will compete without Euro-2024 champion Kamila Konotop, who was injured during the Olympic Games-2024. However, we rely on strong athletes such as Svitlana Moskvyina, Anastasiia Manievska, and Valentyna Kisil. The men's team will feature Pavlo Zalipskyi, Dmytro Voronovskyi, and other well-known athletes. Last year's Ukrainian team at Euro-2024 won 17 medals, of which 4 were 'big' and 13 were 'small'. In total, our country has won 134 medals in various weightlifting championships. We also want to mention that Taisiia Onofriichuk won a gold medal at the World Cup in rhythmic gymnastics.
