Dovbyk and Sudakov at the center of transfer rumors: where might the Ukrainian stars go.
Ukrainian footballers Artem Dovbyk from 'Roma' and Georgiy Sudakov from 'Shakhtar' have become the heroes of transfer rumors. Western media is linking the players with top leagues.
Where will Dovbyk end up
If there is some truth to the rumors, the players will change teams in August, reported the News.LIVE portal.
Italian publications claim that Dovbyk has been offered to three EPL clubs for 27 million euros. Among these clubs is 'Bournemouth'. The 'Cherries', who received funds for Ilya Zabarnyi, have not yet responded to the offer.
Meanwhile, other sources in England reported that 'Everton' made an offer of 37 million pounds for Dovbyk, and the player himself is inclined to transfer. Moreover, his compatriot from Cherkasy, Vitaliy Mykolenko, is already playing for the 'Toffees', which may facilitate his adaptation.
However, 'Everton' denied the rumors and stated that they have not made any official offers.
In the 2024/25 season, Dovbyk played 45 matches, scored 17 goals, and provided four assists.
Sudakov chooses between countries
Meanwhile, midfielder Sudakov has once again found himself in the orbit of 'Napoli', which has renewed its interest in the 22-year-old talent and initiated negotiations. However, 'Benfica' is also keeping an eye on him.
'Napoli' is considered the favorite in the bidding as they have been negotiating with 'Shakhtar' for a long time. However, Sudakov's friend Anatoliy Trubin plays for 'Benfica', which could also influence his choice.
Sudakov played 37 matches in the 2024/25 season, scoring 15 goals and providing six assists.
Recall that the head coach of Kyiv 'Dynamo' Oleksandr Shovkovskiy may be dismissed — who could replace him.
Leader of 'Dynamo' Andriy Yarmolenko will be tasked with determining Shovkovskiy's fate at the club after the exit from the Champions League.
Due to the loss to 'Paphos', 'Dynamo' has lost funds that would have helped them survive for several years.
Ukrainian footballers Artem Dovbyk and Georgiy Sudakov may change teams and play in top European championships. Rumors about their transfers are actively discussed in Italian and English media, and although some sources report specific offers, nothing is final yet. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian players continue to attract the interest of foreign clubs, showing excellent results on the field.
