Supermarkets have set new prices for sugar, salt, and flour.
Prices for basic products are decreasing
According to the new Ministry of Finance portal, prices for sugar, salt, and flour in Ukraine have decreased. The latest data shows that as of November 20, the prices for some products have lowered.
Currently, sugar costs an average of 35.02 UAH per kilogram. This is cheaper than a month earlier. For example, in the 'Novus' chain of stores, the price of sugar is 32.89 UAH per kilogram, while in 'MegaMarket' it is 41.40 UAH per kilogram.
Sea food salt continues to cost 35.74 UAH per kilogram. However, the price may vary depending on the supermarket. For instance, in the 'Auchan' chain it costs 33.88 UAH per kilogram, while in 'MegaMarket' it is 37.60 UAH per kilogram.
The price of wheat flour has risen from 28.72 UAH per kilogram to 29.70 UAH per kilogram.
Overall, the decrease in prices for basic products may ease the financial situation of consumers.
