Biography of Andrey Petrovich Ignatov

Andrey Petrovich Ignatov - former Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
Place of Birth. Education. Born in the city of Inta, Republic of Komi, Russian Federation. In 1996, he graduated from Donetsk State University (field of study - Finance and Credit, qualification - Economist).
Career. From 1996 to 1997, he served as a financial auditor-inspector of the operational and revision department of the tax audit, head of the pre-investigation department of the tax police department of the State Tax Administration in Donetsk.
From 1997 to 2001, he held management positions in commercial companies.
From 2001 to 2006, he was the head of the department of analysis and economic activity, deputy general director for economy, representing the affairs of the general director of the Interregional Industrial Corporation (Donetsk). The corporation is controlled by a deputy, a member of the Party of Regions, Anton Prigodsky.
From 2006 to 2010, he served as deputy chairman of the board of a trading company, deputy general director for economic and financial issues of PJSC Belozerska Mine (Belozerska, Donetsk region).
From 2010 to 2011, he held management positions in commercial companies.
From August to November 2011, he was a member of the supervisory board of JSC Centrenergo, the leading specialist in the power generation department of NJSC Energo Ukraine (Kyiv).
Since December 2011, he has been the deputy chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Alexandra Klymenko).
Since April 2013, he has been the deputy minister for income and collections in Ukraine (Alexandra Klymenko).
On March 1, 2014, Ignatov was dismissed from his position as deputy minister for income and collections.
Criminal Proceedings. On August 29, 2014, the Security Service of Ukraine announced Ignatov on the wanted list. He is suspected of committing a crime under paragraph 2 of Article 364 (abuse of power or office with serious consequences) of the Criminal Code. The former official disappeared from the view of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies on July 15 in Crimea. An arrest warrant was issued against him to bring him to court and impose a measure of detention.
On July 24, 2015, the Pechersk District Court allowed the initiation of criminal proceedings against Andrey Ignatov.
