Sergei Borisovich Ivanov - Special Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation for Nature Conservation, Environment, and Transport. Retired General Colonel, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation (2011–2016), First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation (2007–2011), Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation (2001–2007).

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg). Career. From 1981 to 1998, he progressed from an operative officer of the First Chief Directorate of the KGB of the USSR to the first deputy head of a department of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the RF.
