Dmitry Andreevich Natalukha - Ukrainian politician, human rights defender, former head of the district administration of the Kominternovsky district of Odesa region. People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IX Congress of the Servant of the People Party.

Place of Birth. Education. Born on September 15, 1987, in Moscow. In 2010, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, obtaining a Master's degree in international public law and a translator's certificate for French.

He is a graduate of the international politics program at the University of Cambridge (Fitzwilliam College), United Kingdom, specializing in state strategy, economic policy, and politics in China.

Career. From 2007 to 2009, he worked as an international lawyer in real estate and property law at the law firm Spenser & Kauffmann Attorneys at Law.

From 2010 to 2011, he served as an international lawyer in international investments, banking, and financial law at the law firm Illyashev and Partners.

From 2011 to 2013, he worked as an international lawyer in banking and financial law at the Kyiv office of the American company Baker & McKenzie CIS Limited.

Since 2014, he has been an associate researcher at the Project for Democratic Union in London, England.

From 2014 to 2015, he was the Vice President and legal advisor and advocacy expert at HIAS/Right to Protection. He actively participated in advocacy and lobbying for the Ukrainian law 'On the provision of rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons' and in addressing the issues of internally displaced persons in Ukraine.

In September 2015, he was appointed by the President of Ukraine as the head of the Kominternovsky (Limanskaya) district administration. On February 3, 2017, he was dismissed by President Petro Poroshenko.

From 2017 to 2019, he was a partner in the political consulting practice Lead/Augury Strategic Communications.

Political Career. In the parliamentary elections of 2019, he was elected as a deputy of the Servant of the People Party, No. 14 on the list. Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy in the Ukrainian Parliament of the IX Congress.

Family. Married. His wife, Alena Shkrum, is a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IX Congress (No. 22 on the list of the Fatherland Party).
