MP Listed the Advantages of Economic Booking: What Does It Have to Do with Krup Family.

The searches by the SBU and the State Bureau of Investigation confirm the existence of the 'shadow booking' phenomenon. Thus, economic booking from mobilization minimizes the possibility of use by officials for personal purposes. This opinion was expressed by People's Deputy Dmytro Natalukha, reacting to the exposure of a family of officials who were illegally making profits in the Khmelnytskyi region.

According to the statement, the volumes of corruption leave a negative impression — $6 million in Khmelnytskyi region and a million in Kharkiv region. At the same Time, one often feels that there is no money in the country. However, the essence of the problem is not in bribing doctors and officials. Corruption begins with conditions that encourage abuse.

Dmytro Natalukha noted that there is successful mass 'shadow booking'. He pointed out that those who engage in such booking are opponents of economic booking.

The introduction and implementation of the 'fight or work' principle create simple and understandable rules and minimize abuses. Any system that depends on the decisions of officials leads to delays, selectivity, and bribery, the deputy noted.

Natalukha emphasized that money from the 'shadow booking' is not spent on defense or is invested by bribe-takers in the economies of other countries, such as Austria, Turkey or Spain.

To convey the scale of the problem and its context, Natalukha noted that the amount of bribes revealed last week is enough to purchase 15,000 FPV drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, society continues to discuss the need for transparent economic booking, not risky conditions that harm the economy and demotivate society.

Natalukha asked whether it's better to create transparent tools or ignore the problem, permitting criminals to enrich themselves.

Summing up, Natalukha noted that those who advise 'law enforcement to work better' or 'steal less' do not understand the scale of the problem and its roots. And it is these conditions that need to be changed.
