Born in Bohdanivka, Znamianka District, Kirovohrad Oblast. In 1978, he graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy with the degree of 'Engineer-Mechanic', in 1980 he received the qualification 'Pedagogical Engineer'. In 1991, he obtained a degree in Political Science from the Institute of Political Science and Sociology in Odessa. Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

Career.

1978-1979 - Laboratory Teacher at the Kirovohrad Agricultural College.

1980-1982 - Teacher, Secretary of the Komsomol Committee at Kakhovka Technical School.

1982-1985 - Secretary of the Kakhovka City Committee of the Komsomol.

1985-1987 - Director of the Krasnoperekopsk Agricultural Vocational School.

1987-1988 - Employee of the Department of Science and Educational Institutions of the Kherson Regional Party Committee.

1988-1990 - First Secretary of the District Committee of the Communist Party in Nyzhni Serozah in the Kherson region, Chairman of the District Council.

1991-1994 - Deputy Head of the Education Department of the Kherson Regional Administration, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer at the Kherson Pedagogical Institute.

Since 2005, Stanislav Nikolaenko has been leading the Public Council of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine. President of the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional Workers in Vocational Education.

Author, Co-Author of over 20 scientific and methodological works and publications on pedagogy, the economic education of students in agricultural education institutions, and manuals for the course 'Basics of Economic Management'.

Family.

Wife Halyna Hryhorivna (born 1961) - trained educator, in recent years she worked as an assistant-advisor to a Ukrainian parliament member.

Son Stanislav (born 1980) - graduate of the National Academy of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine, Lieutenant of the Police. He worked as an investigator in the department combating organized crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kherson region and tragically died in September 2004 in a car accident in Kherson. Son Mykolai (born 1992).

Brother Vitaliy Mykolaievych (born 1951) - Director of a secondary school in the hometown of the socialist politician.
