Biography
Date of Birth: 18.04.1972
Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Miziakovski in the Chutor-Vinnytskogo of the Vinnytskaer District in the Vinnytskaer Region.
1994 graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Neshyn Pedagogical Institute (Teacher of Geography and Biology). 1995 - Kyiv Institute of Practical Psychology and Social Work “Psychogenesis” (Practicing Psychologist). 1998 - Postgraduate study at the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (specializing in “Electoral Behavior”).
Career. Since 1994 - working in the public organization “Committee of Voters of Ukraine” (KWU). Initially head of the Neshynskaer organization, head of the Chernihiv regional organization, coordinator of programs of the Secretariat.
Since January 1996 Chairman of the Presidium of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine (Kyiv). Editor-in-chief of the magazine “Standpoint”, Chairman of the Presidium of the International Public Organization “International Center for Election Monitoring”.
On March 24, 2009, he was appointed by the decree of Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko as Deputy Head of the Presidential Secretariat (Viktor Baloga) - Representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada. He left his position along with the resignation of Yushchenko in February 2010.
From March to July 2010 Director of Political Programs of the Center for Applied Political Studies “PENTA”.
In July 2010, he joined the “Unified Center” party and became one of its leaders in August (along with Viktor Baloga, Ihor Kryliem, Vadym Karasiov, Olessia Orobets, Kyryl Kulikov, Vasyl Petiuko, Viktor Topolovyi).
In September 2011, he was appointed by decree of President Viktor Yanukovych as the First Deputy Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Public Service (Vyacheslav Tolkovanov).
On July 5, 2013, he was relieved of his duties as the First Deputy Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Public Service by decree of the President.
From November 27, 2014 to August 29, 2019 - Deputy of the Ukrainian People of the VIII Congress. Elected by the Radical Party Oleh Lyashko on the party list (No. 6). Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Ukrainian Parliament for Preventing and Combating Corruption.
Family. Wife Anna Alexandrovna (b. 1978), son Bohdan (b. 2003).
Interests. Theater, tourism, political analysis, and forecasting.
