Place of Birth. Education. Born on June 6, 1965, in Kyiv. Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of International Relations and International Law (1989), international lawyer, doctoral studies at the same university (1992). Internships at Leipzig University (1987), at Kiel University (2000).

Career. Since 1989 - Legal Advisor at 'Jurvneshservice'.

On November 4, 2021, the Parliament appointed Pavel Ryabykin as Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine.

On March 20, 2023, the Parliament relieved Pavel Ryabykin from the position of Minister for Strategic Industries.

On April 26, 2023, Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Pavel Ryabykin as Ambassador of Ukraine to the People's Republic of China.

Political Career. From July 6, 2000 to May 14, 2002 - Member of the 3rd Parliament of Ukraine, ran in and was elected from constituency No. 130, Mykolaiv Oblast.

From May 14, 2002 to July 7, 2005 - Member of the 4th Parliament of Ukraine, ran and was elected from constituency No. 131, Mykolaiv Oblast.

Since March 2005, he has been a member of the Council of the Our Ukraine Party.

From 2004 to 2005, he was a trusted person of the presidential candidate of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko.

From December 12, 2012 to November 2014 - Member of the 7th Parliament of Ukraine for Vitali Klitschko's party UDAR, No. 28 on the list. Member of the Committee on Transport and Communications. Member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
