Artem Sytnyk

Date of Birth: 19.08.1979
Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Kompaniivka in the Kirovohrad region. In 2001, he graduated from the National Legal Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise (Kharkiv) and obtained his legal higher education.
Career. Since 2001, Artem Sytnyk has worked as an assistant to the prosecutor of the Leninsky District in Kirovohrad, then as an investigator and senior investigator.
In 2004, Sytnyk was transferred to the Prosecutor's Office of Kirovohrad Region as a senior investigator, and two years later he became the head of the investigation department.

2008-2011 - Head of the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv Region. Sytnyk resigned at his own request and explained his departure with the 'displeasure with the regime of Viktor Yanukovych'.
After leaving the prosecutor's office, Artem Sytnyk worked as a managing partner at the law firm Legal Guarantees and as a lawyer at the company Kompass. In March 2015, Artem Sytnyk was one of the four main candidates for the position of Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NAB). On April 16, 2015, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko appointed Artem Sytnyk as the head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.
