According to The Sun: Taylor Swift impressed her fans with a new track that is speculated to be directed at Charli XCX.

In the film 'The Official Release Party Of A Showgirl', shown in UK cinemas, Taylor describes this track as a 'love letter to someone who hates you.'

During the screening, she sat in the director's chair and explained the meaning of the track.

Taylor noted: “Sometimes you don’t know that you are part of someone’s story, but you are, and then comes the moment when it is revealed.”
“It’s very, very sweet of you to think of it that way. Even if it’s negative, in my industry attention is affection.”

In the track, Taylor sings: “I heard you called me 'Boring Barbie' when cocaine made you brave.”

Since 2023, Taylor has been in a whirlwind romance with Matty Healy, the frontman of The 1975, while Charli's boyfriend, George Daniel, is the drummer of the band.

Charli released the song 'Sympathy Is A Knife' last year, in which she sings about insecurity regarding 'one girl' — it is believed to be about Taylor.

However, Charli denied that the song is about Taylor, stating: “This song is about me and my feelings.”

The first signs of a rift in their friendship emerged after Charli supported Taylor during her stadium tour in 2018.

Charli told Pitchfork: “I’m very grateful that Taylor invited me on that tour, but as an artist, it felt like I was going on stage and greeting five-year-olds.”

Charli confirmed on X that “there was no hint of critique” and only love. It seems that Taylor's new track has reopened old wounds.

Details about the clip

FANS might notice that a loaf of bread baked by Taylor appears in the clip for Fate Of Ophelia.

The singer talked about her love for baking sourdough bread.

Interestingly, how much can a piece be sold for?

CALMING CANCELLATION

TAYLOR became the first singer friends turn to when they get canceled online.

She herself faced backlash from the 'TaylorSwiftIsOver' campaign in 2016 due to a public feud with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.

About her song 'Cancelled!', she said: “When people face criticism, I usually become the one they turn to.”

Taylor also mentioned that her longtime friend Blake Lively received support from her during a legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

Taylor added: “I wanted to write a song about how one can become wiser and more attentive.”

Special track

TAYLOR emphasized the importance of involving George Michael's family in writing the song 'Father Figure'.

She said: “We reached out to his close friend and family to make sure everything was okay before publication.”

“I understand how sacred songwriting is, and it’s important to honor that tradition.”

SABRINA IN THE ALBUM

During the sold-out Eras tour, the singer introduced Sabrina Carpenter to the show world as she insisted on including her in the new album.

Taylor asked Sabrina if she wanted to participate in the title track 'The Life Of A Showgirl'.

Taylor noted: “I wanted Sabrina to sing on this song. She is my friend and one of my favorite artists.”

The singer added: “I asked if she wanted to, and she replied that she had been waiting for the invite.”

Attendees sang along to the songs and danced to 'Opalite' and the title track 'The Life Of A Showgirl'.

Only Taylor Swift could light up a cold and rainy October evening!

TAYLOR regrets not investing in beads after the success of friendship bracelets during the Eras tour.

She said on The Graham Norton Show on Friday: “It’s what fans came up with on their own, we didn’t promote it – otherwise I would have invested in beads.”

The project did not find a buyer last year.

However, with the launch of a two-part Netflix documentary about him and the release of the bestseller 'The Book Of Sheen', producers are eager to sign a contract with him.

An insider stated: “It looks like it’s going to be a battle for him, as everyone is aware that Charlie is popular again.”

This time hiring him won’t be such a gamble, as he has been clean and sober for seven years.”

The show 'Ramble On' also includes Kevin Dillon and Jon C. McGinley, and follows two Hollywood characters helping former stars revive their careers.

Show creator Doug Ellin said: “It’s about second chances and redemption.”

GOOD LUCK Paloma Faith, who will introduce herself to viewers at the spooky Highlands castle on the show 'Celebrity Traitors' on Wednesday.

Emily met the singer this week, as 19 celebrities participate in the new fundraising project led by Claudia Winkleman.
