One journalist recounted that she was scheduled for an interview with him at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016, when his hits 'Love Yourself' and 'Sorry' were at their peak popularity.

“He arrived for the interview a few hours late and loudly announced that he needed the restroom, like a baby,” she recalls.

“When I politely noted that we needed to get started sooner, Bieber replied: 'If you’re so eager to talk to me, then come with me to the bathroom.'”

No thanks.

BOYZONE-D OUT

Many stars behave politely and appreciate their privilege. However, Ronan Keating is not one of them.

“Ronan was strange,” one of our journalists reported, who interviewed him in London in 1999 while he was in Boyzone.

“Somehow he insisted on sitting sideways to me during the entire interview and wouldn’t look directly at me.”

“He answered all questions with a indifferent shrug and constantly asked his PR when I would leave so he could go eat.”

“Isla Fisher turned very cold and reserved as soon as I asked about her marriage,” recalls our showbiz journalist.

“She started off very friendly and complimentary. But when I asked if their family still lived in Australia, I expected a yes or no answer, but she refused to say anything.”

“I moved on, but she continued to give only short, sharp, irritated responses over the next ten minutes.”

MODEL BEHAVIOUR

Charming model Elle Macpherson may have one of the best bodies in the business, but interviewing her is not easy at all.

“In 2011, working in Australia, I got a chance to interview the supermodel — but the experience was far from pleasant,” our journalist recalls.

“It was a 15-minute interview, but due to the time difference, it was already 10 PM when I finally managed to reach her.”

“The conversation got delayed several times because Elle 'was stuck in traffic', but when she finally appeared, there were no apologies for her delay — which is not an uncommon occurrence among privileged celebrities.”

It was hard to understand whether we had a bad connection, she was unhappy with the question, or she just took her time to think through each response, but it was oppressive and destroyed any possibility for easy communication.”
