The Times learned when Ukraine might receive Typhoon fighters from Britain.

The United Kingdom is ready to send Typhoon fighters to Ukraine after a ceasefire, reports The Times.
According to the publication, the Royal Air Force is considering the possibility of using Typhoon fighters to patrol Ukrainian airspace to ensure peace.
This mission is a logical step and will require many aircraft and air defense systems for their protection, said a senior official. However, analysts believe that providing fighters will be easier than deploying ground troops.
The Times reports that dozens of Typhoon fighters may be in Ukraine, ready to assist in the event of Russian attacks, while peacekeeping forces from the United Kingdom and other countries will be protecting the ground.
One of the sources of the publication indicates that sophisticated technologies may be used to detect cross-border attacks, but it is unclear how this will prevent Russia from violating any agreements.
Therefore, an air control mission led by the United Kingdom may be created, similar to NATO missions conducted in the Baltic states. Aircraft may be based in Poland.
The details of the discussions regarding this initiative are currently unknown, but the source notes that the United Kingdom is ready to take any steps that are suggested.
Canada has also expressed its readiness to ensure Ukraine's security after the end of the war.
