Ukrainian military expert Oleksii Hetman discussed Ukraine's capabilities to counteract shell production in Russia. According to him, before the full-scale invasion, Russia had about 15-20 million shells, of which approximately 13 million have already been used. He forecasts that to maintain the current level of shelling, Russia needs to produce 3-4 million shells annually. Destroying storage sites of explosive substances cannot completely stop production, so sabotage operations may be more effective with the help of long-range missiles.
