Bellingham, 22, has been struggling with lingering issues following a shoulder injury in November 2023 when he played against Rayo Vallecano.
He postponed the surgery to play for the national team at Euro 2024, but ultimately decided to undergo it after a few months with his injured shoulder.
At the beginning of August, he shared a video showing off his fitness and the scar.
His recovery has also prevented him from playing for England during this international break.
Bellingham plans to return to the field in October, with enough time for his recovery. He took his girlfriend Ashlyn Castro on a £1 million yacht.
The couple is enjoying the sun along the coast of Sardinia, where Bellingham was in shorts and no shirt, showcasing his healing shoulder.
