Touching all subscribers: Kyivstar has prepared important changes for Ukrainians.

Changes in Kyivstar services from February 28
The mobile operator Kyivstar announced that from February 28, the 'Together' service will become free for all subscribers, regardless of the type of tariff (contract or prepaid).
This update means that subscribers with prepaid tariffs will be able to make free calls to their favorite number within the Kyivstar network, even if their balance is empty or the tariff is unpaid. Contract subscribers will also be able to enjoy free calls, even if their account has a negative balance.
It is worth noting that subscribers will be able to change their selected number no more than once a month. But keep in mind that free calls will only be available to the chosen number. The recipient of the call will pay for the calls according to their tariff plan.
Procedure for transferred numbers
- If the new number is serviced by Kyivstar, then connection to the service is possible.
- If the number with the Kyivstar code has been transferred to another operator, then free calls will not be available.
In this case, calls will be charged according to the conditions of the call package to other networks. We remind you that earlier we showed how to reach the lifecell operator.
