How to Prepare the Biscuit Cake

  • Line a mold with food wrap. Place the warm mixture, pressing down well and leveling it off. Cover with wrap and place in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours, or best - overnight, so the cake can soak through and set well.

Before serving, turn the cake out onto a plate, remove the wrap, and decorate to taste with chocolate icing or nuts.
