According to The Sun: A new scandal has erupted in France, where two men were arrested following the death of popular streamer Jean Pormanov. Raphael Graven, known as Pormanov, was found dead after ten days of physical torture that was streamed live.

The Sunreports that the two men who attempted to revive the streamer were arrested in January in connection with his content.
Following a lengthy police investigation, it was revealed that Pormanov had participated in dangerous online challenges, which may have led to his tragic death.
The two arrested men – Owen Cenazandotti, known as 'Naruto', and another nicknamed 'Safin' – were seen pouring water on Pormanov's face in an attempt to save him when viewers of the live stream alerted them to his condition.
It should be noted that this incident has sparked public outrage and activated law enforcement activities in this direction.
