According to Novyny.live: 21 Ukrainian football club has received a transfer ban that prohibits them from signing new players. These restrictions apply to teams participating in the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) and the First Football League (PFL). As a result of this decision, clubs will not be able to enter into new contracts with players.
