According to TSN.ua: High-level talks involving the United States, Ukraine, and Russia took place in Abu Dhabi on January 23-24, 2024. The Ukrainian delegation included senior officials Rustem Umerov, Kyrylo Budanov, David Arakhamia, and Sergiy Kyslytsya. On January 24, they were joined by Andrii Hnatov and Vadym Skybytskyi. Expert Barak Ravid confirmed the meetings were constructive. These discussions are part of a series of international diplomatic efforts concerning the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Despite the productive nature of the talks, Russia launched an attack against Ukraine on January 24 using strategic aircraft. According to a TASS source, official announcements regarding the outcomes of the Abu Dhabi negotiations on Ukraine will be made by authorized representatives in the capital.
