DPSU revealed schemes for illegal exit abroad: how minors are involved.
Spokesman of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko reported that minors are often involved in illegal border crossings as part of criminal schemes. He provided this information during the telethon 'Unified News'.
Andriy Demchenko: 'Organizers of these illegal trips abroad involve underage citizens with the hope that they can avoid responsibility. We continue to identify these criminal groups to eliminate attempts at illegal border crossing.'
Organizers of these criminal groups promise people support in illegal border crossing and draw minors' attention to this. They hope that the youth will not take responsibility for such actions.
Demchenko also revealed that the offenders typically do not carry out independent plans for illegal departure abroad, but rather look for individuals who might assist them in this.
Earlier, the State Border Guard Service also reported points where illegal border crossings often occur. Recently, in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a man was detained and fined for attempting to flee abroad.
The Border Guard Service identifies and stops attempts at illegal exit abroad, especially those involving the involvement of minors in criminal schemes. The work is aimed at preventing illegal actions and protecting the border from dangerous violations.Read also
