The Ministry of Defense revealed the purpose of the fake about the 'terrorist attack' against Russian diplomats in the EU.
Russia stated that Ukraine intends to organize a terrorist attack against EU diplomats. Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Yusov said that this is a 'new series' of fakes from Russia.
Yusov reported that Russian special services constantly create absurd fake news in order to destabilize the situation in Ukraine and influence its security forces. He also noted that recently information about possible terrorist attacks against leaders of the non-systemic opposition of the Russian Federation in the EU was disseminated.
Yusov emphasized that these accusations are fakes, but they create a threat to stability in other countries. He also pointed out that Russian special services provoke and organize terrorist attacks, including against their own citizens.
The intelligence officer stressed that Russia neglects the sovereignty of other countries and conducts an aggressive war. He stated that Russian special services act aggressively in various directions. This threat is recognized by democratic countries and Ukraine's partners.
