According to Novyny.live: A soldier from a Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC) was stabbed and wounded in an attack in Odesa on February 14. The assailant, armed with a knife, injured the serviceman and fled the scene in the city's Prymorskyi district, where a document check was being conducted. These centers are responsible for military conscription and mobilization in Ukraine.
The wounded soldier was promptly hospitalized and is now receiving necessary medical care; his condition is reported as stable. As stated by the Odesa Regional TCC,
"one of the servicemen was injured as a result of an armed attack."
