According to UATV: On June 30, Russian troops launched attacks on the Sumy community, causing civilian casualties. As of 3:00 PM, 12 civilians had sought medical assistance, with all 12 suffering injuries and 5 of them being admitted to hospitals. Currently, 5 victims remain hospitalized, including 1 woman and 4 men.
The attacks caused the most severe damage to an infrastructure facility. During rescue operations, emergency workers discovered 2 individuals on the upper floors of a damaged building. The most challenging rescue involved a woman who was trapped under concrete slabs.
