The Pension Fund now can distribute two more documents through 'Diia'.

The service centers of the Pension Fund have become available for sharing copies of the taxpayer's card and the child's birth certificate through the service «Diia». Previously, this possibility was only available for the ID card. This is reported by Diia.

This function can be used for the assignment and recalculation of pensions, subsidies, benefits, insurance payments, as well as for the appointment of social services and changes in the method of payment, bank details, or transfer of the pension when changing place of residence.

Among other services that can be obtained through this service, it is worth highlighting the following: resumption of pension payment, adjustment or clarification of personal data in the register of insured persons, issuance and receipt of a pension certificate, obtaining various certificates (OK-5, OK-7, extracts from the register of sick leave certificates), obtaining extracts from the register of sick leave certificates and other documents, as well as obtaining extracts from the electronic register of sick leave certificates and much more. There is also the possibility of requesting funeral assistance and other services.

It is worth noting that the Pension Fund of Ukraine provides services not only at its branches but also offers mobile receptions for low-mobility citizens. This option is available for elderly people, people in need of care, as well as for citizens with disabilities.

By the way, the Pension Fund of Ukraine has expanded the possibilities of remote service for citizens. Now most services can be obtained online through a personal account on the PFC web portal or with the help of the Pension Fund mobile application without the necessity of visiting the fund's offices in person.
