As a result of a drone attack in Saratov and Engels in the Saratov region, strong explosions occurred. The governor of the Saratov region, Roman Busargin, reported that windows in a hospital in Engels were damaged. According to Russian media, a private house in Saratov was on fire after the drone attack. Rosaviatsia announced that the airports of Saratov and Samara suspended operations. Local residents report seeing thick smoke in the '3rd Flight Town' neighborhood in Engels after the UAV attack. This neighborhood is located approximately 10 kilometers from the Engels-2 military airfield.
