A large fire broke out at SPS Technologies factory in Abington, Pennsylvania. This company is a supplier of fasteners and fittings for the aerospace industry and was founded in 1903 under the name Standard Pressed Steel Company. Local police and the county commissioner are urging residents to avoid the area. So far, there is no information about casualties from the fire.
A similar situation occurred in Poland. A music club Mega Music burned down near Warsaw during a charity concert that was being held to raise funds for the restoration of a local resident's home, which caught fire last December.
