The unique Russian aircraft A-100 has been hit: details of the attack on Taganrog.

According to ТСН: In the production facilities of the Beriev enterprise in Taganrog, two aircraft were destroyed as a result of the attack, the first of which was the A-100.

This was reported during a live broadcast on the Espreso channel by the head of the security programs at the Center for Global Studies 'Strategy XXI' Pavel Lakiichuk.

“Not just one A-60. The damage to two aircraft at the production facilities of the Beriev enterprise has already been confirmed. The first one is the A-100, a long-range radar detection aircraft that was not completed,” he explained.

Lakiichuk indicated that this A-100 was planned to be used instead of the A-50s, which, according to him, suffered significantly from the actions of Ukrainian forces. He also clarified that the radar on the aircraft had not yet been installed, and the aircraft itself was burned.

“In fact, there are only two such aircraft. The A-60 is also built on the basis of the Il-76 — these are experimental aircraft for testing laser weaponry of the Russian Federation,” Lakiichuk noted while commenting on other damaged objects.

The expert also emphasized that the assembly shop of the factory has come under attack, calling this attack extremely important for the Russian military-industrial complex.

“So — boom, and immediately this whole lineup for the military-industrial complex of the Russians was cut off. Plus, the assembly shop of the Beriev factory was hit,” he remarked.

Lakiichuk stressed that the attack was carried out in a combined manner — by Ukrainian Neptune missiles, drones, and reactive drones.

“This adds another plus to the karma, as they say. These are very complicated operations — breaking through the enemy's air defense. Extremely difficult, but our Defense Forces coped. This is a good basis for further actions in this direction,” he summarized.

It was previously reported that the Russian experimental aircraft A-60 was destroyed in Taganrog — a unique flying laboratory that is a carrier of laser weapons.

Additionally, it has been recorded that due to attacks by Ukrainian drones, explosions were heard in Kstovo, in the Belgorod and Voronezh regions, as well as in the Krasnodar region.

The events in Taganrog indicate a new level of attacks that the Ukrainian military is conducting with the aim of destroying strategic objects of the Russian military-industrial complex. The damage to the A-100 and similar aircraft can significantly impact the ability of Russian forces to conduct aerial reconnaissance and perform combat missions in the region. At the same time, the continuation of attacks on other targets emphasizes the importance of the continuous work of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in countering the aggressor.
