Strike of intercontinental missile on Ukraine: did Russia achieve its goal.
Volodymyr Putin tried to raise the stakes with an intercontinental missile
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, reported that Volodymyr Putin attempted to raise the stakes with an intercontinental missile, including before the West. This is stated in the post of the head of the CCD on Telegram.
According to Kovalenko, Putin tried to raise the stakes with an intercontinental missile, including before the West, and various military correspondents of the Russian Federation began talking about the 'surrender of Ukraine'.
'There will be no surrender. The stakes could not be raised either - the strategy of 'peace through strength' continues to work,' Kovalenko noted.
Russia is approaching the moment of toxicity for other countries
He noted that 'Russia is increasingly appearing more inadequate than North Korea and is approaching the moment when its toxicity for others will outweigh the benefits of using the Russian Federation as a raw materials appendage.'
We remind that President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia is using Ukraine as a testing ground. He confirmed that today the occupiers struck with a new missile. Zelensky noted that today, November 21, Russia struck Ukraine with a new intercontinental ballistic missile.
Earlier, it was reported that today, November 21, the occupiers launched an intercontinental ballistic missile 'Rubizh' for the first Time in Dnipro.
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine note that Russia attacked Dnipro with missiles of various types. In particular, an intercontinental ballistic missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
As reported, the exact characteristics of the RS-26 'Rubizh' remain unknown. However, estimates suggest that its launch mass is 40-50 tons, the range reaches 6,000 km, and the missile can carry four separate warheads with a capacity of 0.3 Mt each, similar to those mounted on RS-24 'Yars'.
There is a supposition that 'Rubizh' may be equipped with a hypersonic glide block of the 'Avangard' type. In addition, it is intended for delivering nuclear warheads.
