Loan Request for Vladyslav Blanutsa Denied

According to Novyny.live: UEFA has rejected a proposed loan move for Vladyslav Blanutsa to Dinamo Bucharest. The governing body cited its regulation that prohibits a player from being registered for three different clubs within a single season. Consequently, the 24-year-old Romanian forward is ineligible to play for the new team due to this participation restriction.

Vladyslav Blanutsa is currently a player for Dynamo Kyiv, where he has been registered and has made ten appearances this season, scoring one goal. He also spent part of the current campaign playing for Universitatea Craiova 1948. Therefore, under UEFA rules, Blanutsa cannot switch clubs again, as he has already participated in official competitions for two different teams in the same season.

Contract Details and Transfer Value

Vladyslav Blanutsa's contract with Dynamo Kyiv runs until the summer of 2030, and his estimated transfer value is around €1.5 million. Due to these circumstances, the Romanian footballer will remain with the Kyiv club for the remainder of the season. This rule is a standard part of UEFA's framework, designed to maintain competitive integrity and prevent excessive player movement.

This situation underscores the importance of adhering to UEFA's regulations, which aim to prevent frequent club changes by players within one season. Given that Blanutsa has already played for two clubs, he is barred from joining a third, creating challenges for both the player and interested teams. By staying at Dynamo Kyiv, he will have the opportunity to continue developing his skills and maintain his match fitness at a high level.
