Ukraine is preparing for a sharp weather change: meteorologist warned about cold snap and rains.
Weather forecast for the weekend in Ukraine
Ukrainian meteorologist Natalka Didenko shared the forecast for the upcoming weekend. She reported that the first signs of autumn weather are expected in Ukraine.
According to the forecast, on September 28 it will rain in the western regions of Ukraine, and the temperature will drop to +18...+22 degrees. On September 29, precipitation will intensify, and heavy rains are possible. The daytime temperature will drop to +12...+15 degrees, and at night it may fall to +4...+9 degrees by Monday.
However, in the rest of Ukraine on September 28-29, it will be warm and dry with air temperatures of +22...+28 degrees.
No precipitation is expected in Kyiv over the weekend. On Saturday, the temperature will rise to +27 degrees, but there will be a noticeable gusty wind. On Sunday, it will become cooler, to +24 degrees. A more significant temperature drop in the capital is expected on October 2.
Natalka Didenko urged Ukrainians to make weekend plans based on the weather forecast and to enjoy the autumn beauty of nature, despite the cold snap.
