What else should Ukrainians keep in mind? Starting July 1, 2026, Kyivstar will discontinue two account top-up methods. This change could affect how conveniently subscribers manage their services, so staying informed is advised.
This temporary suspension of number porting is a key step in advancing Ukraine's mobile telecommunications infrastructure, as it will enable technical upgrades to enhance service quality. Customers should plan accordingly around these dates to avoid any disruptions. The price cuts on tariff plans may encourage users to switch providers or explore new options, reflecting healthy competition in the mobile market. At the same time, the closure of certain top-up channels could impact service accessibility for some users, requiring them to pay extra attention to available alternatives.
