Ukraine Takes Center Stage at France’s July 14 Parade: Mirage Jets to Fly in National Colors.
France’s Military Parade Highlights Solidarity with Ukraine
According to UATV: On July 14, Ukraine will be the focal point of France’s Bastille Day military parade, which is expected to be larger than last year’s event. Approximately 10,000 troops will take part, making the display a powerful symbol of support for Ukraine amid ongoing global tensions.
The number of aircraft and ground vehicles featured in the parade will increase by one-third. A particularly symbolic moment will be the flyover of two Mirage fighter jets, with one painted in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. This gesture underscores the strong friendship between France and Ukraine.
Global Unity in the Spotlight
Delegates from the 37-nation coalition backing Ukraine have been invited to attend parade-related events. A meeting of the ‘coalition of the willing’ is scheduled for July 13–14 in Paris, adding further significance to the occasion.
This military parade not only showcases France’s support for Ukraine but also highlights international unity in countering aggression. The participation of representatives from 37 countries reflects the importance of collective security and global cooperation in addressing today’s challenges. Such events help strengthen ties between nations and reinforce backing for Ukraine as it defends its sovereignty.
