Program Eligibility Requirements
Eligible participants include pensioners, people with disabilities (groups I-II), internally displaced persons, the unemployed, and large families. Additionally, in February, grants of up to 42,000 UAH for farming will also be available from the 'Estonian Refugee Council'.
To register, households must meet specific criteria, such as:
- Having status as an internally displaced household
- Possessing experience in crop or livestock farming
- Demonstrating dependence on agricultural activity
- Having access to land (between 0.15 and 2 hectares)
- Not having received similar aid in the preceding six months
- The household representative not being registered as a sole proprietor (FOP)
Furthermore, households with elderly members or persons with disabilities may qualify for additional aid of 3,600 UAH from the public organization 'Acted'. This comprehensive support package is designed to bolster many Ukrainians striving to develop the agrarian sector under difficult circumstances.
