Ukrainians can apply for a change of payment details online: instructions.
Ukrainians were explained how to apply for a change of payment details via the Internet.
This was reported by the press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) in the Donetsk region.
If a pensioner wants to change the method of receiving a pension - for example, switch from payments through the post to a bank account or change banking details, they should inform the PFU about this. Providing new information about the method and details of payments will help the PFU ensure timely and uninterrupted receipt of the pensioner's due payments.
However, it is important to remember the requirements for a bank account to receive a pension.
It should be noted that an application for changing payment details can be submitted through the personal cabinet on the PFU electronic services web portal.
For this, it is necessary to:
- authorize on the web portal using a qualified electronic signature (QES);
- select “Making changes to the pension case” in the section “About pension provision”;
- select “Application for change of payment method of pension (when changing the payment method - from post to bank or change of banking details)";
- fill in the required attributes of the application and upload pre-scanned documents: the applicant's passport and bank account details;
- check the entered data, form the application, sign it with the QES and click "Submit to PFU".
Information about the status of the application can be viewed in the personal cabinet in the “My appeals” section.
This instruction for submitting an application for changing payment details provides clear steps to ensure uninterrupted receipt of the pension.
The PFU also established new rules for the appointment of subsidies for residents of multi-storey buildings.
