Ukrainian boxers won 12 awards at the tournament in the Netherlands.
The Ukrainian U23 boxing team showed impressive results at the international Eindhoven Box Cup 2025 tournament in the Netherlands, taking second place in the overall standings. At this competition, our athletes won 12 medals. Gold medals were won by Maksym Zyemenko, Artur Kuzmenko, Dzhamal Kuliyev, and Maryna Shevchenko. Silver medals were brought to Ukrainians by Oleksandr Vasko, Mark Lomakin, Artur Kasianov, Viktoriya Shcherbina, and Mykola Laktionov. Bronze medals were received by Rasul Guliyev, Sofiya Turbіnina, and Viktoriya Cherednychenko.
We should also note the success of Ukrainian arm wrestlers at the European Championship, where our team won 9 medals. This allowed the Ukrainians to take third place in the team standings. Gold was won by Ruslana Syvonenko, silver was won by Lina Dymenko, and bronze medals were received by Andriy Dendeberya, Lina Dymenko, Oleg Zhokh, Artem Popov, Oleg Mykhailenko, Ruslana Syvonenko, and Liliya Zanko.
Ukrainian athletes once again demonstrated a high level of preparation and great sports potential while competing at international events. They rightfully confirm their place among strong participants and have every chance for further victories in the sports world.
