The Ukrainian cycling federation canceled all achievements of cyclist Valeria Kononenko over the past two and a half years due to violations of anti-doping rules. The Ukrainian received a three-year ban for the use of prohibited substances or methods. In addition, she was stripped of her Ukrainian championship title and two silver medals from the national championship. Two of her victories at international competitions were also annulled. It is worth noting that Kononenko was born in Donetsk and has significant sports experience and achievements in cycling. However, she violated anti-doping rules, which led to the annulment of her results and disqualification.
